A little history will define why OpenTrust was founded and why it continues to grow in the highly competitive field of recruitment.

OpenTrust Consulting was launched in 2013, with the intention of bringing a fresh and innovative approach to a long standing, yet stagnating, industry. Look at any other recruitment firm, in fact look at them all, if it were not for their logos, branding and colours, you really could not tell them apart. In fact, dig deeper and you will see that they all do exactly the same thing in exactly the same way with exactly the same results…… a hit or a miss, move on, next in line.

It was, from the outset, our mission to change the way sourcing, qualifying, presenting and ultimately placing “best in class” candidates with our clients. We have dedicated our organization to making this journey one that is truly based on forming long lasting partnerships with each of our clients. It is only through our belief that integrating ourselves into your business can we understand your needs better in order to fulfill those needs with the right resources.

OpenTrust Consulting is not a firm that rests on its laurels, we are continuously developing new strategies to assist in our ability to do the best job possible for you, The Client. Our introduction of a CMI, a tool to provide The Client an easier and more focused ability to not only determine the candidate’s hard skills but the soft skills as well, which have become so much more important in the overall scheme of things. Fitting in with existing staff, bringing a collaborative approach to the game or just making certain the candidate’s communication skills are up to the client’s standard, are demonstrated through this structured tool.
